By using this website, client portal, or online forms, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please contact Michele directly instead of submitting information through the website.
Appointment requests
An online appointment request is not a confirmed appointment. Clients may submit two preferred times, and Michele may accept either choice, propose another time, or deny the request. An appointment is confirmed only after Michele accepts it and provides confirmation.
Accurate information and account security
You agree to provide accurate contact and appointment information and to use only your own client account. Keep access codes private and notify Relax & Renew if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds
Any payment, deposit, cancellation, or refund requirements displayed during booking apply to that request. When a separate policy acknowledgment is shown, it must be accepted before the request can be submitted. Deposits and payments are not charged merely by submitting an appointment request unless the page clearly states otherwise.
Text messages
Text-message permission is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. If you opt in, Relax & Renew may send appointment-related messages to the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another client, submit fraudulent requests, or use automated systems to abuse its forms or services.
Availability and changes
Website features, availability, services, pricing, policies, and these terms may be updated when reasonably necessary. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date below.
