How consent is collected

  1. The client signs in through the verified client portal.
  2. The appointment request form displays an unchecked, optional text-message permission box.
  3. The client may request an appointment without selecting the box.
  4. If selected, Relax & Renew records the verified client, date and time, form source, disclosure version, and exact disclosure shown.
